Southside Community Center User Research

This is a group project that I completed with two other team members. In this project, I’ve learned different skills when it comes to UX research to help our client, Reverend Irene. She is the owner of the non-profit organization called Southside Community Centre and wanted to gain more donations and volunteers to help support her work.

Together, my team and I worked on a Figma file to put all the research materials we gathered to help us give a better idea of how to help Reverend Irene. I’ve developed knowledge in creating a persona, quad charts, empathy maps, journey maps, and more. 

For our final solution, we’ve decided to put more focus on her Facebook page by creating different templates for her team to use for the various programs and events they held. This way, she has eye-catching and original content for her to post and gain more attention.
